2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales unless damaged or defective.
  • Returns requested after the specified return period.

To request a return, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Contact Information
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
